If the inspection is unable to be completed due to access or safety reasons, a new appointment will need to be scheduled with a call out fee of $99.
If the inspection fails and repairs are not completed within 2 days, a nonconformity notice will be issued for a fee of $80.
There is a 3 month period from the date the nonconformity notice is given to meet all safety requirements to pass pool inspection. If you are satisfied all failures have been rectified within the 3 month period, there will be one re-inspection carried out at no charge. If the pool still fails inspection within the 3 month period, there will be an additional nonconformity notice and $80 charge. If repairs take longer than 3 months, the nonconformity will be given to the local government for further action.
